Members of Rotary clubs in the area are delighted to be involved in giving support to the athletes and working alongside the Ironman UK team in the 2012 Ironman UK Triathlon. Both the race organisers and Rotary are working together to achieve a common goal of ensuring this global event runs smoothly and meets all the expectations of both the competitors and local community alike. A secondary but equally important purpose
of the Charity Partnership is to take the
opportunity of helping those less fortunate than ourselves by raising funds for

To obtain a bonded place we ask that you pledge to raise a minimum of £1250.00 GBP (inclusive of Gift Aid) through sponsorship. Your race entry fee constitutes provision of a "Commitment Bond" of £375 GBP which is fully refundable when we have received your pledged target. When you enter directly via the race site, selecting the Rotary charity option for your entry, the entry fee that you pay will constitute your commitment bond. |
